Comments : Euthenes seems to me as one of the two most difficult genera of Tessaratomidae. A lot of species have been described, often with very short discussion, if at all, and it appears that there is great intraspecific variation. Yang has documented this variation for chinese Eusthenes in his paper about chinese Tessaratomidae ( Yang We-I 1935)
No complete key of the genus exist, and even the partial ones are delusive. So the names given to the species of Eusthenes on this site should not be taken for granted, they are just temptative.
