Peltocopta crassiventris (Bergroth, 1895)


note : Peltocopta is one among several genera of Tessaratomidae which display maternal care behaviour, mainly in the Oncomeriane subfamily, but also in at least one genus of Tessaratominae, Pygoplatys. The second picture shows a female carrying first instar nymphs.
